Start a conversation
Tell the concierge how your days go — energy, sleep, training, travel. It only draws from formulas we actually stock, and it never diagnoses or promises outcomes.
Shape your pack
Adjust anything by hand in the builder. Set each formula to AM or PM, flag dietary preferences, and swap items freely before checkout.
We review and sequence
Your selections are checked for duplicate actives and packing limits, then split into morning and evening strips.
It ships monthly
Sealed, dated strips arrive in one box. Change or pause your pack any month before your next run.
